Certified Historic Restoration and Rehabilitation of a 1925 Mediterranean Revival multi-family building located within the City of Miami Beach Historic District. The Scope work included Structural Stabilization, Historic Restoration of exterior facades and main lobby finishes, interior remodeling to accommodate 21 apartment units with new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
