Project: Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Tea House – Bridge – Pergola Restoration

Description: Tea House and Bridge Restoration (1922) at the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. The scope of work included: Detailed Photographic documentation and field measurements of existing conditions for the preparation of floor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections and details in AutoCAD format to be used as base plans for the restoration of finishes, concrete and stone work repair, complete removal and replacement of the severed deteriorated dome, wood lattice, ornamental wood fretwork and a new lighting system. Listed on The National Register of Historic Places.
