William B Medellin was a member of a group of Architects selected to undertake the Historic Restoration of The Biltmore Hotel. Listed in the National Register for Historic Places, the restoration followed the Secretary of State Standards for Historic Preservation. The Scope of work included, restoration of historic finishes, structural stabilization, introduction of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The restoration process included extensive collaboration with federal, state and city agencies including the City’s Planning and Historic Preservation Boards.
