This Art Deco Moderne style building was designed by Roy Benjamin a prominent architect who designed numerous movie theaters throughout the southeastern of the United States. The scope work included the historic restoration of the Art-Deco façade, lobby and public areas and interior renovation to provide a 326 seats venue not only for films but live performances as well.
