Description:
The Miami River Park residential Complex an affordable rental community, is located in the Overtown area of the City of Miami. This unique complex is composed of a 14 story apartment building (The Tower), five townhouses (The Villa), and three early 1900’s historic residential buildings (the Historic Cottages).
The scope of work included relocation of the masonry bungalow, restoration, rehabilitation and stabilization of the three historic buildings.
