Renovation of a two story Art Deco building located within the City of Miami Beach Harding Townsite Historic District. Change of occupancy from a Multi-family Residential Apartment to Commercial Boutique Hotel. Design of new Swimming Pool and detached structure to accommodate a Restaurant, Commercial Kitchen, Public Restrooms and Health Spa.
