Existing two-story residence built in 1938 with 2,800 square feet in living area. The scope of work included a new detached two car garage, complete interior remodeling and addition of 1,000 square feet in area to the second level to allow the expansion of the master bedroom, new master bathroom, new bedroom, bathroom and playroom for a modern young couple with a growing family.
