Project: The Al Capone Estate (1927)

Description:
Historic Restoration, Rehabilitation and Compatible Design of the 1927 Mediterranean Revival Estate, home of the notorious and famous outlaw Al Capone. The Scope of work included exterior restoration of the historic facades, complete interior renovation, doors and window replacement, structural stabilization, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Design of a new detached three car garage and a two story guest house. Project completed up to Construction Documents Phase.
