Description:
Facade Restoration, Window replacement, Lobby and Storefront Restoration of a 21 story, early twentieth century Neoclassical style, Miami skyscraper. The front facade is cladded with gleaming glazed-terracotta, with an elaborate cooper frieze at the base of the building. The building is listed in The National Registry of Historic Places, therefore the restoration followed the U.S. Department of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation and Restoration.
